However, substance abuse and intimate partner violence (IPV) can significantly impact mental well-being. If you're struggling with any of these issues, remember you're not alone, and there are resources available to help.

CACFP

The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) is a federal program in the United States that provides funding and support for nutritious meals and snacks to eligible children and adults in child care centers, family day care homes, after-school programs, and adult care centers. CACFP aims to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals by ensuring they have access to balanced and wholesome meals. The program sets nutritional standards, offers reimbursement to participating providers for serving qualifying meals, and provides resources for nutrition education. By promoting healthy eating habits and addressing food insecurity, CACFP plays a vital role in nourishing and supporting the growth, development, and overall healt of children and adults in care settings.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
