Our site is designed to give you a healthy dose of information about the Food & Nutrition Services Department at ECOS. We have great things to share about our breakfast and lunch programs! We Care
We provide healthy, balanced meals to help ensure students have every opportunity to succeed in academic, athletic, and personal growth. We follow the USDA Child Nutrition Guidelines. All of our Managers and Food & Nutrition Services Assistants are dedicated professionals, well-trained in Food Safety and are Servsafe certified.

We believe that every child is a top priority. We provide a healthy and positive culture where communication between our Food & Nutrition Services team, ECOS, parents, and students is top-notch. We, as a team, are dedicated to you and your children. We strive to continually better our services and meet your needs through your suggestions and comments. To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete a Form AD-3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at:https://www.usda.gov/sites/default/files/documents/ad-3027.pdf, from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
