Community Referrals

Empowered Community Outreach Services (ECOS) helps families, childcare providers, and community members connect with available resources and support opportunities when referrals are available.

ECOS does not operate every service directly. Instead, ECOS may provide referral-based support by helping individuals and providers identify community partners, programs, and resources that may meet their needs.

Referral areas may include:

• Language access resources
• Childcare and early childhood resources
• Family support resources
• Education and youth-related resources
• Employment and training resources
• Health and human service referrals
• Other community-based supports, depending on availability

Language Access Referrals

ECOS may help families, childcare providers, and community members connect with language-access resources or community partners when available.

ECOS does not operate a standalone translation service. Language-access support is referral-based and depends on current partnerships, funding, and availability.
